Local Writing Workshop Hosts Harry Potter Discussion Group

Potterphiles of all stripes should enjoy Inkberry’s book-and-movie-discussion group, focused on the third Harry Potter title, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The group begins on Thursday, May 28 at 7:30 pm.

Led by seasoned book group leaders (and J.K. Rowling fans) Sandy Ryan and Kate Abbott, the group will discuss the book; on June 5, they’ll catch a matinee of the movie together; then they’ll meet a final time on June 11 to rehash the movie, rate new director Alfonso Cuarón, and discuss the ins and outs of how the book translates to screen. Suitable for anyone old enough (or young enough) to enjoy the books. Tuition, which does not include the movie ticket, is $36.

The Harry Potter Book Group meet at Inkberry, 63 Main in North Adams, MA. Learn more by calling 413-664-0775, or visiting Inkberry’s website, www.inkberry.org.
