J.K. Rowling Asked to Write an Epsiode of Doctor Who

According to the column by Russell T. Davies in Issue 343 of Doctor Who Magazine, Davies, who is the executive producer and main writer for Doctor Who, asked Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling if she would like to write an episode for the new series due to air on BBC1 next year.

Davies reportedly says that J.K. was “amused by the suggestion, but simply doesn’t have the time”.
